Our Spanish tile roof was recently renovated by Roof Replacement, Inc. They did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner. The crew started on time every day, were respectful of our property, kept a neat jobsite, and were meticulous craftsmen. At the end the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up. The schedule proceeded as Adolfo said it would. There were no surprises, delays or disappointments. In all, a very satisfactory experience for us. I highly recommend them.

First of all I would like to start off with the fact that our roof was a little bit complex. It is flat roof and had uneven vertical parapet walls at the top. I interviewed over a dozen roofers and when Adolfo came, he explained what he felt needed to be done for our unique roof and that we needed both a general contractor and a roofer which he is both! I listened to this and thank goodness I did, because it turned out to be a complex roof and he came up with ideas to fix it. His team worked very hard to remove the multiple layers of roofing (it turns out we had like 6 layers on our 100 year old house). As well they they demoed out the upper uneven parapet wall, applied new beams so the water would wick away from the house as the old ones would have flowed into the house and they re stuccoed the entire upper parapet wall after applying new reinforcement plywood. The end product is so nice and I am so glad I went with Adolfo and his team. They were so pleasant to work with, answered all of my many questions and allowed me to be involved in the process. I don't think any other company would have done a better job! Thank you Aldolfo and the entire Roof Replacement Inc team!

Owner's reply
Thank you Bridget, so much for your incredible review and for trusting Roof Replacement Inc. with such a challenging project. It was truly a pleasure working with you throughout the entire process.

Every roof is different, and your 100-year-old home presented unique challenges that required both roofing expertise and general contracting knowledge. We're glad Adolfo was able to develop a solution that addressed the uneven parapet walls, improved drainage, and ensured your new roof would perform reliably for years to come. Taking the time to remove the multiple layers of old roofing, reinforce the structure, rebuild the parapet wall, and properly stucco the finished work was all part of doing the job the right way—not simply the easy way.

We're especially grateful for your kind words about our team's communication and professionalism. We believe homeowners should feel informed and involved throughout their project, and we're happy we could answer your questions every step of the way.

Thank you again for choosing Roof Replacement Inc. and for placing your confidence in Adolfo and our entire team. We hope you enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a roof built to last, and we're always here if you need inspections, maintenance, or any future roofing or construction services. Your recommendation truly means the world to us!

Partial Roof Replacement
I would highly recommend to others. What I like the most is the customer service of Monnix who was the representative of the company. He helped in more ways than just the roofing. The workers were quiet and efficient. They did a partial replacement on my tile roof within a couple of days.

They could be better with timing as to when the workers will arrive and leave.
